The "suites" @ How Suite It Is are actually one half of a duplex. They're homey and yet tasteful, a truly wonderful alternative to staying in a hotel. The kitchen is complete, so feel free to stop at the grocery store on your way — it's like coming home. In fact, I forget the name and have mistakenly referred to Nina's business as "Home Sweet Home."
In all I've spent more than 6 wks in HSII as I searched for a permanent place to live. Nothing could have been better for my stress in this endeavor than to relax in "my" yard in the shade of magestic pines. When "neighbors" moved in next door, they were invariably friendly and kind. In fact, I'm still in touch with some.
I've read a negative review regarding reservation policy @ HSII, and I can say from experience that it HAD to have been a fluke or mistake. Nina is rigid in only one aspect: she honors reservations.
