The sales associate of Benny Rug was wonderful, she gave me the background of the company and I felt very at ease and comfortable with the whole process. The tech arrived and had my carpeting done in a timely manner. Thank you so much for a job well done. more

Great Experience! 2/2/2012

Great customer service. Delivered to my sister’s house and stored the rugs for about 3 months until I was ready to pick them up. Stains from my elderly father-in-law were a memory after Ben cleaned. Thanks, you guys rock. Now my husband doesn’t know that I spilled coffee on our new Persian rug. Got to get you to clean this one too! Great job and I am sure I will use you for many, many years. more
