Why did they destroy the Mallory? 6/1/2006

The Mallory was a great AUTHENTIC throwback to the beginning of last century. It had great, funky rooms and was reasonably priced. This hotel is faux chic, overly expensive and doesn't offer any alternative to the hotels closer to the city center. They destroyed a great landmark. Pros: Location Cons: Price, Ugly more
