This is a great place to go on those rainy days when you want to escape cabin fever. They are staffed with knowledgeable people who help outfit you and get you going on the track. It's all indoors so there's no need to worry about "track conditions". Also, they have a computer monitor in the lobby/waiting area that tracks individuals lap times. They print this out at the end of the run so you can see who was fastest since it's difficult to race side-by-side.
The only draw back is, the track is always the same and it is a little on the small side.
