My parents had some really old photos that weren't in very good condition, and they wished very badly that they could see them closer to their original condition. So they tried Horn Photo, and it turned out that they are proficient at retouching and restoring old photos. They obviously couldn't be as good as the day they were originally developed, but they looked much better and clearer than without any retouching.
Besides the retouching, they also offer 1 hour photo finishing, but the retouching takes longer than that for obvious reasons.
