This comment is from a disgruntled past employee, who quit abruptly on her own accord. The Hooves and Paws staff works as a family, and as a whole we completely disagree with the accusations and horrible light that this review paints of us. HOOVES AND PAWS VETERINARY CLINIC is a messed up place to leave your animal they sit under anesthisia for 45 mins plus for no reason while the bitch doctor sits on her ass on facebook all damn day knowing your animal is prepped and ready for surgery oh yeah and not to mention she hands out controlled drugs like tramadol like candy to her husband so they dont have to spend money on going to the doctor cuz his back hurts but yet she can afford to have her nails done every 2 weeks and cut her employees hours to do so and over book us at work and no lunch breaks with 12 hour days working our asses of for 9 months with out a raise and thinking she is high and mighty compared to everyone else if only her customers knew what she said about them behind their backs and how unsafe and unsanitary her procedures were but damn she is good at lying...... more

if only u knew what went on and was said behind the scenes of this place u would think twice about bringing your animals here...and the crap the staff members put up with in this place is crazy, not to mention some of the illegal things they do... more

had been with dr. Kline for many yrs. got sick in nov. and was ill until the end of april. took my dogs in for their annual shots. The exam room smelled so bad that I almost threw up. my vision was impaired from medication and I was kind of foggy. I told the young lady I thought the room smelled like someone messed in there. wrong thing to say. Dr. Kline would not speak to me in the room completely ingnored me. then when I left I was told that I would have to pay almost $60. more to have the perscriptions (3) sent to an acredited pharmacy.nice since my husband had lost his job.we don't go there any more. Really compassionate more

Dr. Kline and her staff are quite knowledgeable and very compassionate. They go out of their way to make themselves available to you. They are personable and very reasonably priced. The clinic is very well-staffed and is always run professionally and is clean. There are ample examining rooms and everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. They do not charge outrageous prices, yet deliver a quality service and treat the animals very well. I do not hesitate recommending them, giving them 5 stars, and I rarely give 5 stars. Today's service world, typically, is continually providing less service, in spite of rising costs. You'll find that to 'not' be the case with Hooves and Paws. They are a 'rare breed' and an 'excellent find'. They actually take the time to listen to you, addressing all your concerns. I have many pets and have been to this clinic on multiple occasions; including routine and emergency visits. With each visit, I have found their service to consistently meet this review. My family first came to know the wonderful people at Hooves and Paws when we sought care for my 12 year old Boston Terrier who had been injured by a car. Dr. Klein and her awesome staff are tireless workers and fabulous people. My dog is recovering and we even adopted a precious kitten from them! Pros: Caring, knowledgable staff, and a great sense of humor. Cons: That there's not more people like them. more
