Honey's sent a young man to service our hvac system. He commented on my wife's medicinal plants that were growing in the back yard for the last 8 months. We are both veterans and she has a medical card. The next morning, every plant that he had seen was cut and missing. Only 1 plant was left, the one he had not seen. I could not clearly ID who did it on my home surveillance system and therefore cannot openly state it was this man. However, hmmm, what a coincidence that the one day, one time someone comes into my yard, that happens. more

Honeys Air is a very professional company with very knowledgeable technician very clean and polite. jeromy, bryan, josh l, showed up on time and completed the job in a timely fashion and were very respectful. thank you Honeys Air we will definitely recommend you guys more

Alvaro, Jorge, and Mason were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Alvaro took the time to go over all the paperwork explain my ac cooling unit to me. Jason performed a six-month system check. I had been having an issue with the fan speed for heating. Jason said he would help and reviewed the manual, on his tablet. (I was told before that the speed was set at the factory). Close review showed settings that could be changed with dip switches and the codes to reduce the fan speed. Jason was very thorough and explained all the workings. He is an asset to Honey's Air and dedicated to helping customers. He is a very friendly ambassador. I would rate Jason with 5 stars more

On the day of our install Josh and Kyle arrived at our home promptly at 8:00 am. Josh was very professional while on the job and kept me informed of progress being made. He had coordinated the crane and roofing persons all at the times he said they would arrive.The job was completed and all was left clean on time and he spent time answering questions and reviewed the the use of our new thermostat. My wife and me were very pleased how the installation turned out. more

We bought a Lennox air conditioner from Costco Honeys air conditioner and heating notified us that they were going to be the installers. They were very prompt. Jeramy and Tommy D were the installers and very professional. I would recommend Honeys air and heating to anyone they did an excellent job. more

So my family hired honey's air to replace our old air conditioning unit because while it produced cold air without issues, the heating system on it was broken so we needed a new one in order to handle it. So when they came over they were very polite, they asked me questions that were necessary in order to complete the job, and then I let them work on what they needed to. So on the main task at hand, me and my family are very satisfied by their work and once installed they tested it out to make sure it was working properly. So at this point they had accomplished what they were hired for; they replaced the old air system, tested it to make sure it was fine, offered help in showing how the new controls worked for it, and got the job done an hour early then they gave us(was believed to be a six hour job, and in fact was a five hour job). However they also accomplished more in this time period they were given. They set up smoke alarms in every room and another monoxide detectors, they also replaced some rotting boards in the attic, and they did inspection and fixed up some of the ducts in the house because they were cracked. All of this was free of charge, and at the end of the job they gave me all the paperwork that was needed for them to give us. Over all I thought they were very thorough, dedicated to the job, and polite about the whole thing. I can easily recommend them and I would be surprised if they got any bad reviews. more

Matt was very professional and knowledgeable of the solar product. He did a great job of explaining the system. He answered all of our questions. He did a great job of keeping us informed about who would be coming to do the work and they kept in contact as to when they were going to be working at our site. MY OLD UNIT WAS 25+ YEARS OLD, THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO BRING EVERYTHING UP TO SPEED. IT WASN'T EASY, MY HOUSE WAS BUILT IN THE 1950'S. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! THANKS GUYS. more

Abe did his work very professionally and efficiently. Besides the service check, Abe repaired a problem we had phoned in about regarding the operation of the heater.
