As someone else here noted, it seems all car dealers get negative reviews. I just bought a new car from Chay Taing at Goudy Honda and found the experience straightforward. As long as you are well-informed about the vehicle you want to buy and get quotes, they will match any quote in writing with relatively little B.S. I was able to get a better deal than with the reverse auction site "CarWoo," which gets people many deals significantly below invoice. Chay was not pushy in the least. Do your homework and it should be a relatively hassle-free experience! more

I didn't buy my 1993 Honda Civic nor my 2000 Honda CR-V at this Honda dealer, but, since I've moved to the area in 2001, here is where i bring my 2 Honda's for their service. I really like the friendly customer service and the mechanics are open to explain the issues and what it will cost to fix. they will not work on your car until you give the green light on any problems they find. the shuttle van takes me home which is a plus if you don't have a ride home. they provide a nice and pleasant waiting area with complimentary coffee tokens. the express service is EXPRESS. after a particular time is does take longer but over all the express lane for quick oil change is great. the actual website provides coupons for oil change and they will give you a coupon on your next service (depending what type of service you just had). more

I don't fall for the propaganda (i.e. marketing) of any product or service but their slogan at least on this day and at this dealership befits them..."Honda Helpful People" indeed. more

I meant to write this about 3 weeks ago but never got around to it until now. I had saved up some money because I wanted to buy my dad a new car. I am not a kid anymore and it felt good to buy something for my dad who never asks for anything but always provided for us unconditionally. I saw all the reviews about Goudy Honda and I was a little hesitant to pay a visit but my dad had his heart set on a Honda FIT Sport and they were the closest dealer to my house. Art the Asst. Sales Manager and "Coupe" Deville the General Manager were OUTSTANDING and they made the whole experience painless. I ended up actually enjoying the process towards the end. I would definitely recomend anyone to see Art and "Coupe"!!! more

Wow! Never been to any other dealership that has helped me as much as Goudy Honda! Went to several of dealerships throughout SoCal and made my way towards Goudy. I was delightfully helped by Chay when looking through their many different selections in car packages. He helped me for a long period of time and answered all of my questions precisely. After getting the lowest price compared to the 3 other socal honda dealerships in the area. The manager Art even helped me out with financing and finding the right package that suited my budget. If you are really serious about purchasing a honda, make sure you stop by Goudy. I highly recommend anyone looking for a honda to go to Goudy if you'd like to save some money. My wife and I bought a Pre-owned Certified Honda Pilot from Goudy Honda and our experience was completely positive. From the salesman to the floor manager to the finance manager, everyone was pleasant to do business with. They all tried to accommodate all of our needs and treated us with a "customer comes first" attitude. At first, the salesman (Gary) wanted to sell me a new car, as all dealerships are known to do, but I told him that I would rather buy a used car with navigation, leather interior, sunroof, rear camera, etc., rather than a base model new car. He searched and quickly found a car that met all our requirements.When I told them that I wanted my wife to see the car but she wouldn't be able to get to the dealership until much later, the floor manager, Tito Puente (cool name, huh?) offered to drive it to our home for her to see it. I thanked him but said that the next day would be best. They held the car for me until the next day.The following day when my wife looked at the car, she loved it but noticed a small crack on the windshield and told Gary. Again, Tito stepped in and said they could send someone to our home and have the windshield replaced free of charge if we decided to buy the car! We loved that and took them up on it. (They replaced the windshield at our home two days later).The finance manager, Richard Mogg, not only gave me a great discount on their extended warranty but also called me couple of days after the sale to let me know that he was able to get me a better APR on the car. Wow! Talk about going out the extra mile for your customer. Who else does that? My wife and I were very happy with our experience and our car purchase. We highly recommend Goudy Honda. more

the service was done in a day and completed by the time promised. they've also changed their service hours to 7 days a week, from 7 am to 7 pm which is nice. i've been here before, so it was easy for me to drop off my car (since all my information was already in the system). it's a convenient location, too. i haven't had any problems with them in the 2 years i've been coming here, so i will continue to bring my car in for service. more

When I was looking to buy a new car, I visited Goudy Honda. They had competitive advertised prices on the Accord I was looking for, but they didn't have the color I wanted. Still, employees were pleasant and helpful in answering my questions about financing the car. I didn't buy a car from them, but I do consider them as one of my top choices when looking around. more
