My wife took her Odyssey in for service recalls about a month ago. While there they offered her an oil change for $60. She agreed but when the bill came they had charged her another $30. When she asked about it they said ' oh, well we forgot to tell you about the labor '... She'd also mentioned that she had a slow leak in one of the tires. They told her there was a hole in the sidewall and she needed to buy a whole new tire. I asked her to bring it home and stop at our regular tire guy on the way. Our regular guy fixed the tire for free by removing the screw that was stuck in the center of the tread and patching it as usual. Lastly they tried to tell her that one of the motor mounts was blown. Before I bought this car 3 months ago I spent 2 hours with it on a lift checking out every inch of it and there is no problem with the motor mounts. I tried contacting the service manager twice and left messages when he wasn't available and received no response. This tells me this is their standard business practice and not just a problem with our service rep. more

Service? Really!! 7/14/2014

Bought a CRV, had it 2 months and had a blow out. I paid for every warranty and prepaid for service and they tried to rip me off on a new tire. So much for customer service. more

Avoid This Place 10/22/2011

Before driving to the dealership, I called about a used vehicle I found online. On the phone, I was told there were no mechanical issues, that there was only one owner and that the price was $2,900. Because of this (what I was told) I drove over there the next morning (took over a hour to get there). When I arrived, I found out that there was actually three owners, that the price was actually $3,995 and that there was a mechanical issue that would take $900 to fix. What a waste of time. I had to drive a hour each way (there and back) based on their lies! Would not recommend them to anyone! more
