He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and I had confidence that he was giving me the straight scoop on the cars I considered and on the pricing. 100% positive experience 11/9/2011

We bought a used SUV from Honda of Bellevue last month and were 100% satisfied with the entire experience. We worked with Eddy Yeh, who was professional, courteous and informative. He was so calm and relaxed and there was no pressure at all. We visited other dealerships in the South Bellevue area and were frustrated by their high pressure tactics. Once we decided on the car we wanted, the entire bargaining and purchasing process at Honda of Bellevue went quickly and smoothly, with no hassles. We hate buying cars and dread going to the lots. Eddy's focus was on finding us the right car, one that worked for our budget and other needs -- he wasn't obsessed with the $$ like other places we visited. We won't hesitate to return to Honda of Bellevue to work with Eddy Yeh again. more

Great buying experience! 8/16/2011

If you are buying a car you should definitely visit this dealership and talk to Gil. We bought our Honda Pilot here recently and actually enjoyed the process. They have a large selection of preowned vehicles that are in great condition, whereas other places usually only have one worth seeing. Gil Delacruz was a pleasure to work with. He did a great job answering any questions and addressing any issues that came up along the way. We talked with a LOT of dealers and salesmen from Renton to Kirkland and beyond and Gil was hands-down the best of the bunch. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to buy. more

Quick Easy and no Pressure 7/20/2011

I was able to walk the lot without being attacked by salesmen. I was also able to wonder the sales room floor without interuption. When I was ready to talk to a sales men I went up to the counter and asked for assistance. Eddy Yeh found the car I wanted and took me for a test drive. When I get another car I will go back to Eddy. more

My girlfriend and I were really taken care of through our car purchase at Bellevue Honda. They wen well and beyond the call of duty to keep us happy through our car purchase. If you ever are worried about buying a car and the problems that may occur after your purchase. Rest assured that Bellevue Honda will take care of all those problems. We had a radiator problem that they fixed on their dollar after our purchase, Plus they cleaned out our headlight that got fogged due to the problem. They picked up the car at my girlfriends work to do so. I recommend Joy Jackson as a sales person there. If she doesn't meet all your needs then you are impossible to work with. Thanks Bellevue of Honda you are the only dealership I will purchase a vehichle from again!!! more

Effortless Purchase! 6/28/2011

After a grueling two month long battle to find a lender to finance a car, I called Honda Auto Center of Bellevue late one work day. Joy answered the phone and was assisted me in application for a loan and review of the car I was interested in. At 8:30am the following morning, I was awoken by a call from Joy. She had secured the loan! Later that afternoon, I drove off the lot with a fantastic BMW! Joy accomplished more in 18 hours than any other lender could in two months. Thank you very much! more

Good: Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. I would buy another car from Honda Auto Center of Bellevue, and we would look for Kevin upon entering the sales floor.. Bad: We did not like a crack in the guage lens, but the dealer said it would be taken care of and it was one week later and looks as good as new.. Improvements: A nice lobby, small room, etc. with something to read would be nice, comfortable seating is limited if you are waiting for a considerable amount of time.. Other: Kevin Solinger was very professional, usually we experience anxiety to a certain degree from unnecessary pressure displayed on the part of the sales consultant. Kevin never said no to a request, instead he said, "we will find out". more

Great customer focus 6/2/2011

Great customer focused organization that stuck with us thru to the end on a problem we had with a 3rd party navigation system. Things were resolved to our total satisfaction. Hondas are a great product and this dealership provides great service. Would definitely buy here again. more

If you're looking for a Honda, Honda Auto Center of Bellevue is THE PLACE to go! Al sold me my car and I've never had such a pleasent buying experience! He has a deep knowlege of everything Honda, and although his job is done, I still feel like I can come to him anytime with questions. He stated multiple times that he returns calls and I believe him. Everyone knows that Hondas are quality cars, and there isn't a more qualified place than Honda of Bellevue to purchase one! more

Highly Recommend Honda Auto Center of Bellevue 4/22/2011

Just purchased a 2011 CR-V from Honda Auto Center of Bellevue. Howie Te was our sales consultant and he was excellent. Negotiating a price for a car has never been easy for us......usually taking a minimum of 3-4 hours, but Howie was able to offer us a fair price, with little negotiation necessary. He was friendly, courteous, and concerned about our needs and budget. He took the time to talk with us, even though he was expecting an appointment within an hour. No high pressure sales.......Howie was easy-going and a pleasure to work with. Everything went smoothly from the moment we walked in the door. We were in and out with a new car within 2 hours, which included signing the paperwork.....Ryan in accounting was great too! I would highly recommend that you speak with Howie if you are interested in purchasing a car at Bellevue Honda. Great Experience at Honda Auto Center of Bellevue 4/18/2011

My husband and I just purchased a new 2011 Honda CR-V from Honda Auto Center of Bellevue. Our Sales Consultant, Howie Te, who had a customer coming within the hour, took the time to talk with us about the CR-V we were interested in. This was the fastest and easiest auto purchase that we've ever made. Howie was courteous, informative and very professional. There was very little negotiation necessary, and we believe that we were given a great deal on the car. Everything went smoothly from the minute we walked in the door......we were in and out with a new car within 2 hour, which included signing the paperwork.....Ryan in the financing department was great! We would definitely recommend talking with Howie at Honda Auto Center of Bellevue. This dealership has a friendly staff and an excellent Service Department. We have 3 Hondas, all purchased and serviced at Honda Auto Center of Bellevue over the years. You won't be disappointed. more

I actually got a much better car then I came for at the same price I was willing to spend. Each time I get into my new little Honda Civic I am happy!
