Hometown did an excellent job on my roof. All of the folks from the owner on down bend over backwards to take care of the customer. Jose and his crew made sure the roof was done to the highest standards, with attention to every detail where leaks could possibly develop. Jim was excellent on the front end estimating, and Andy was always available to help with every little request. When walking into their office it certainly gives you the 'hometown' feeling when you are talking to the owner and he willingly provides direct access to all of his people. more

I had a very good experience due to Andy of Hometown Roofing being at my beck helping me deal with a very difficult insurance company. I could not of gotten thru the last 2 bad storms without the help of Andy Murray of Hometown Roofing. I had a replacement value policy for over 30 years with the same insurance company. They were very difficult to work with and Andy made sure I received everything I needed. He talked to my difficult insurance adjusted and made sure I got everything I should have on my policy. My neighbor across the street watched what I went thru and chose Hometown Roofing and is also very pleased with the product and service. more

After calling a few national companies, receiving no visit or callbacks, I looked up the Best of Omaha and found Hometown Roofing Inc. I was skeptical that anyone would come and give a free estimate with all the damage from the recent storms, but I was wrong. Martin was reliable, personal, and honest, and in my book when you hire a company to perform valued services in, on and/or around your home, those three characteristics are key. He kept in touch with me via phone and came to the house several times - to meet the insurance adjuster, to meet my husband & choose a shingle, and today to deliver my warranty and inspect the property. On the day of the job, the roofing crew showed up and worked hard all morning & afternoon to complete the job. I couldn't believe how fast they worked and after they left, it was as if they were never there. Every aspect of this roofing ordeal (after I called Hometown Roofing Inc.) from the inspection, scheduling, shingle delivery, roofing crew, and office personnel went smoothly. I have been known to give critical evaluations, being part of the service industry. I believe customer service is as important as how well the job is done. I could not be happier. Although, I pray we won't need any more roofing jobs, I wouldn't do anything different except Call Them First! more

Martin is an excellent contractor/coordinator. His men were there on time the day he said the work would begin. They finished up the timely manner, and left the area clean. We did have an issue with the guttering, Marty got right on it and the issue was resolved. We would use his service in the future if need arose. Thanks more

This is the second time in 10 years that hail required a new roof on our house. Hometown Roofing did the job both times, & we couldn't be happier. From the measuring, bid, and shingle selection by Jeff to the questions answered by Malcolm to the tear off and application of the new roof, the experience was all first rate. I hope I don't need any work done any time soon, but if we do we'll turn to Hometown more
