I shopped around last month to replace my A/C before the summer, hoping to get better prices. I met with one of the owners of Homesense and a technician. They were thorough, and gave me a fair price, and did the work 2 days later. I was impressed and would recommend them. more

Fast Heating Repair 1/14/2012

I called Homesense last night at 10pm after my heat went out. They had a technician out to look at my furnace before 11pm. He was able to quickly figure out the issue, get it working, and didn't charge anything extra or try to upsell us. I highly recommend you call them if you're having heating issues. more

Awesome 10/14/2011

I am a single mother with 2 little girls and my airconditioner went out. I was in panic mode. Call another local company and was not satsfied with the initial visit. I contact Homesense, thiis was the best decision that I made. They are very professional and efficient. I made a great choice and if you want things done write without getting taken advantage of choose Homesense. more

Indianapolis HVAC Pros 2/10/2011

I called Homesense during the ice storm because my Bryant furnace had gone out. They sent a great technician who was very polite to my wife, and solved the issue quickly. They had our furnace working again in less than an hour, and had a great price, didn't charge us for the trip. I haven't had to shop HVAC too many times, but I won't be calling anyone else now. more

Rental Service 1/20/2011

I just bought a new rental property. I had Homesense out to service the heat pump and install a new thermostat. The technician was experienced, helpful, friendly and thorough. Most importantly, he took the time to explain what he was doing and offered great advice for the future maintenance of my system. I will be calling Homsense for all my needs from here on out. more

Great Price 11/27/2010

I shopped around to purchase my new furnace. The Homesense tech appeared to be more experienced, and definitely took more time. On top to that, they were over $1k less than the other 3 companies for the same equipment. Highly recommend calling these guys. more

Finally, I've found my HVAC guys 6/25/2010

I'm not very handy with anything, and I'm always skeptical, so when I finished working with Homesense, I was so relieved to finally get to say that "I've found my guys". Now I need to look for a good mechanic! more

Great Price and Service 5/18/2010

I heard about this company from a friend, and had a great experience. There not the be there in an hour sort of company, but that's not what I was looking for. After I set my appointment time, they actually came a little early. The owner of the company came out with a tech, and they explained every issue and took time to answer my questions about my system. After comparing there price with some of the companies I had coupons for, they still saved me close to a thousand dollars. Indianapolis homeowners, it's definitely worth a call if you're having heating or air conditioning issues, and need your system replaced. more
