Peace of mind is what Homes Management gives us. We moved into one of their rental properties in June, and experienced a few unforeseen issues. Bethany Luchetta was right on top of it! She didn?t waste a minute in getting us the professional help we needed in a very timely manner. This has occurred on several occasions, and every time we have been very pleased with the service we have received. We?ve been particularly satisfied with Joel Johnson?s electrical services as well as Jerry Mason?s plumbing services. From the first time we looked at this home, Bethany?s professionalism and service impressed us. She is very conscientious and actually cares about the tenants. We love living here having the peace of mind knowing that we have been blessed with fantastic property managers, Homes Management. more

I have been working exclusively with Homes Management as a General Contractor for over 10 years. I previously worked with several other property management companies. As a General Contractor I service tenant work orders and do property safety checks and General Contracting work. Working with Alan, Teri & Bethany is a pleasure and I am grateful to work for a company who takes care of their investors? properties. Many tenants let me know how happy they are to get service calls answered in a timely fashion. more

I love this company. They are some of the best when it comes to property management. I have worked with them for about 8 years now, and they continue to provide excellent service, fair and competitive pricing and are always upfront about everything. If you are looking for a rental, or looking to have someone manage the property you have, you will not go wrong with having Homes Management take care of it for you. more
