Home Town Decorating did a great job installing carpet in my master bedroom. However, the ceramic tile job they did on my bathroom floors was so badly done that the owner agreed to replace it at his expense if I agreed to wait two months so that he could write it off his taxes in 2009 (it was done in November of 2008). I waited as he asked but when I called, he didn't return my calls. When I finally visited the store, he promised to call the following week to set a date. I have not heard from him since and will now have to hire someone else to rip the new flooring out and start over. It is so sad, because I trusted him to follow through.
