I know people that have lived in these complexes for many years. I feel sorry for the residents that live there. The management is AWFUL and they are slow when taking care of any maintenance issues. The tenants there have problems with parking. If a residence does not have a vehicle, none of the residence's visitors can park there, even though each unit has an assigned parking spot. Not too long ago, they cleaned the parking lots and some tenants parked on the side but there were not enough spots so some tenants parked by the curve. The management there made sure the tow truck went around towing cars because there was not enough spaces. I think they should have given tenants a break due to the situation. This landlord is abusing her power. The tenants in these complexes need to speak up. There are other apartments available and less expensive. Rent there is OUTRAGEOUS!!! NOT WORTH IT, TRUST ME!!!!
Pros: Roomy apartments
Cons: Management - awful, staff that work in office - awful, maintenance - awful, not well kept landscaping
