I dropped my dog off here a week ago to get bathed and groomed. They did an excellent job with him as he is a very furry and hard to bathe dog. He is also terrible when it comes to nail trims and they even did an excellent job with that. I will be returning here again in the future for another grooming/nail trimming session. more

I left my little princess here for the day to get bathed and groomed. I also requested that her nails be trimmed. When I returned later in the day, it seemed like she had been bathed but she smelled pretty bad. I'm not sure if she was just around a dog that hadn't been bathed and groomed or what. They also didn't do the greatest job on her nails, but I suppose it was acceptable. I'm not sure if I will bring her back again. more

i love this place:)! i take my little coco there every time she needs a grooming. shes a little teacup pom and she always comes out looking stunning, and the smell is also so perfect! they always are so kind and i know they treat her with care. i adore this place, and i recommend it too anyone whos looking for grooming:D more

Cute place at first site, walk in and you'll find the owner to be a bit arrogant and rude! I understand if you are under the gun as a business owner but to act ""put out"" because a customer takes the time to come into your business is ridiculous. Too many great groomers and pet shops to walk around with an attitude like your time is worth more than any others! My recommendation ... take a ride down the street or into Redlands, you can find a number of other paces with owners who really do appreciate your business! more

Buyer Beware of 7.5lb Teacups! 11/13/2011

This place might be ok for grooming, but beware if you are thinking of purchasing a dog. I was shown a 2.5 lb female and a 3.5 lb male as the parents and purchased. Yes, we love our 7.5 lb dog, but it was not what I paid for!!!! Tried to work with her on a resolution, but just got the run around (lots of lying) for 18 months. more

great place to shop and get your dog looking good 10/7/2008

my wife and I discovered a great little place in yucaipa, its a grooming shop and a dog store with everything you need for a dog!!!!!!! My wife bought a sweater for our st. bernard, bulldog and yorkie. we just got our dogs toe nails but next time were going for full treatment OVERALL= great place,friendly people Pros: everything more
