I am extremely pleased with the plumbing work completed at my residence. Aaron is very pleasant with his interactions, does a thorough job explaining repairs required, provides a complete estimate for repairs, explains the potential problems that may be encountered, and that new findings require an new bid for that work. He is meticulous with exploring and diagnosing issues. He was very proactive in instituting measures to prevent damage to my residence. He placed plastic and drop cloths over the carpeting, and completely encased the work area with plastic and vented the area with a HEPA filtration/exhaust system that worked fantastically to reduce dust and odor in my home, and to also protect himself as a worker. When the repairs moved from replacing water supply lines to replacing the corroding and cracked cast iron waste water/ sewer stack he was joined by Bill to assist with the monumental task of removing brick and mortar, and additional plaster and lath ceiling, and the heavy cast iron that extended from the basement, first floor, second floor and the attic. No easy task, and they fielded the entire job with enthusiasm. Arrangements were made to have Glen come and repair the roof and vent boot. The work is exemplary. I now enjoy the pedestal sink being well secured,( which before it was very loose), the cold water providing a nice full steam,( which before repairs barely had a trickle stream), and know that I am in excellent shape for a number of years, knowing that I will not have leaks and repairs. I enjoyed Bill as he was very pleasant, was a crucial player in the repairs here at my home, had an excellent knowledge base, and worked very well with Aaron. Their exchanges of information and cooperation was evident. Thank you for allowing me to participate in this review.
