Holiday Royale Apt Suites

Room was very dirty and has a huge cockroach problem. There are better places out here with amenities like gym, tennis courts, gaming room etc. The building is directly in the glide path of airliners so be prepared to be rattled awake 100 times at night. This complex has a huge drug problem and so does the surrounding ghetto and its not very safe here. There are cheaper and safer places to stay with better amenities. more

Didnt think I'd be happy in a ""short term"" apartment, but then I realized they have residents who live here for years. So easy - one payment and all utilities are taken care of, and everyone is so nice. It's very close to everything, and I'm liking life here. more

I don't know about these other reviews, but I had a great time here. I loved the staff, and it was so close to everything without paying Strip prices. I was there for two weeks and it was perfect for me. more

Terrible experience!! The pluses: good value, the office was friendly but sweep problems under the rug.. Not much else to rave about. \r Negatives: It's in the flight path and the noise can be disturbing at times. The wall pounding is out-of-hand. I found peep holes in the walls of the unit I rented, and I was being viewed, a horrible violation of my privacy. My neighbor just happened to be standing at her door every time I left my unit. \r And to think, there seems to be so many glowing reviews. Go figure!!! more

that is great place to stay because you save money but it's right on the strip. we stayed there to watch manny pacquiao fight, and wanted to save money on lodging. if it wasn't for holiday royale's price and location (really close to the MGM Grand) we wouldn't even come to vegas to watch the fight! more

This property, while a bit into its vintage season, is a Gem in a wonderful metropolitan neighborhood. The onsite property manager has always addressed any concern/problem I have ever had over the years. Most important is the attention I have received as if I were staying at a resort Hotel and not an impersonal corporate run apartment complex. Lived here for years... Ripoff rates, mold, insects, drunks, ""ladiesof the evening"", smug arrogant ""service"", unsafe neighborhood, what else could you ask for. Avoid this place at all costs!!! They claim it's a ""quiet, safe community"" but they lie!! The only reason to check in here is to find an amenable atmosphere for suicide (which has happened here often). HORRIBLE ROYALE!!!!!
