While staying at the Holiday Inn Express was a very nice experience as far as rooms and amenities go, I must say that the Customer Service experience was not what I would consider up to Holiday Inn standards.\r
The rooms were nicely laid out, very neat and clean. There was 2 pillows on each bed, a coffee pot and mini fridge and the obvious TV. \r
There were more than just 2 of us, and when we requested a rollaway bed, they provided one without question. However, it is here where the problem begins. They did not bring any bedding to go with the bed. No sheets, pillows, pillow cases... absolutely nothing. We were told we would have to come to the service desk to get those ourselves.
