On November 9, 2011, after experiencing intermittent heating issues with my furnance for some time, I contacted Jim Holder. Jim gave me his best opinion as to the repair, advised my 10 year old furnance was a quality product and should not be replaced, and sold me the part since I wanted to repair it myself.
