They do UNAUTHORIZED and then charge 5/31/2012

They do UNAUTHORIZED and then charge you 189 dollars for it. Then won't give the money back they would rather loose you as a customer of 2 dollars. Oh on top of it they don't call you when your stuff is ready. LOL South St Paul location is a joke BEWARE I WILL NEVER RETURN. more

CROOKS!! 7/6/2011

Do NOT do business with the Hitching Post. The service department is a bunch of complete. Brought my son's bike in for simple repairs and left with oil spewing out the top of the front cylinder head and the tachometer not working!! In trying to loosen a rusted screw, their tech cracked it with an impact hammer and broke the tach mount clean off the rocker box inside the front cylinder head. Major work is now needed to repair these problems, and the Hitching Post is unwilling to accept responsibility. The bike was in great mechanical condition when we brought it in, as verified by them during a detailed 10-minute inspection upon check-in. The bike was old, but it was the boy's dream bike and his first major purchase. These crooks ruin his bike and claim they had nothing to do with it. ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE HITCHING POST IN HOPKINS! more

not so much.... (hopkins location) 8/10/2010

the plus verry close and a verry friendly staff.... the down If you order something that they dont have in stock you might want to call a fiew times because they wont call you... (twice once with a helmet and the second with a blinker... that was for the wrong side and cant return because its an electrical part $50+ but I can get 15% off if i want to order the otherside and not get a call when it comes in) OVER CHARGE FOR SERVICE!!!! I was quoted $200+ for fork seal work with the forks off of my bike? WHAT? Any respectable shop will charge flat out $80 a fork... Not to happy, it is the only large dealer on the west side without having to go far. more
