Happy customer here! I was backing out of my garage and hit my mirror. Didn't want to go through insurance. I stopped by Hinshaw's and they were middle of the line with the other quotes I got. I chose Hinshaw's because I was treated very nicely by Chris Carter. He was very thorough in letting me know all my options. I did not know I had choices on the type of mirror I could put on my vehicle. They were able to change out the mirror while I waited. Even washed it! more

I have heard a lot of good thing about hinshaws so I went to check them out. I was introduced to chris who seemed to know a lot about cars and the process. He was able to answer the questions I had and even gave me a quote on repair work that I have been neglecting. He ordered parts and called me to schedule after to prevent any delays. He gave me a rough idea of 4-5 days and all worked out. My car looks great. I would recommend them. more

When I mentioned sideskirts being a different color you already noted how you would just drop the side skirts from the car or informing me how the headlight would probably have to be replaced because of broken brackets. I was surprised to find out that hinshaws honda also works on mercedes. I was rear ended and state farm gave me a list of shops to take my c230. I chose hinshaws because of the great service I received while getting my estimate from chris carter. He was able to preorder the parts so I would not be without my car for longer than necessary. I got my car back in like new condition. Thank you for the great service and great workmanship. more

I had my car in to Hinshaws for a repair thru Geico insurance. The regular person from HInshaws was on vacation so I worked with the manager. They did a beautiful job. My car is a little older but I keep it in good shape. They even noticed some loose trim pieces and fixed them for me at no charge. more

Hinshaws rocks! I am very picky with my TL and wanted the repair to my bumper done right. I was helped by Chris and he did a great job taking care of my car. He called me a day in advance to let me know my car would be done so I could plan on picking it up. They did a great job matching the color. You can't even tell it was damaged. They even washed and vacuumed. more

Great body shop! I just bought a new CRV 3 months ago and someone rear ended me. I didn't know if I should cry or be angry. I took it to hinshaws body shop and had a great experience. The estimator Chris Carter was easy to deal with and assured my CRV would be back to normal. Here we are a couple weeks later and my CRV looks beautiful, just like the day I bought it!
