We entrusted my Father’s remains with this company. They handled the cremation for us. The funeral was a 7 hour drive away and the assured us that they had mailed the cremains to a funeral home for us in the town the funeral was being held. They promised to ship on Monday but they didn’t ship until after hours on Tuesday. We rented an entire bed and breakfast, paid for graveside services such as tent, chairs etc, and drove 7 hours one way to get there.\r
As a result of their negligence we arrived for a funeral but we had no remains. To compound matters the Manager, Kyle, then lied about ship dates, and many other things concerning their error. He blamed the postal service instead of simply owning the problem. Our family is crushed, devastated and broken as a result of this wound that they have created. \r
They never called us back when they found out we were in another state with no remains. These people have no heart. Do NOT trust this company. We had to learn this the hard way. \r
