I have a 2007 EOS that drains the battery. The dealership, Hiley Volkswagen, cannot diagnose why this is happening. Took it twice, they kept it 3 weeks. They said they worked with HQ tech support. No help there. Took it home on Saturday, car is dead again the next day. The battery is ruined from being drained so many times. This is the 3rd battery in the car. I know it will probably not hold a charge any more. I offered to buy a VW battery if they would guaranty to replace it when it gets ruined. They said all they could offer was the standard warranty. I'm sure they are hoping I go away, but going to call them on Monday. This is the dealership where I bought the car. Don't buy a VW and don't go Randy Hiley.
