They're really easy to deal with. They say what they are doing to do and they do it, all the way down to estimate. The service is really good and the prices are really good, so that's why I go there. more

They are excellent guys to work with, especially if you have credit issues. They are very willing to work with you. They are very helpful with repair work. If its a large repair you don't need to feel too stressed because they'll work with you. more

Awesome shop, great experience. 3/27/2013

With the ongoing check engine light problems on my Mitsubishi Montero Sport. The guys at Highway Motors went after the running problems one by one, and most importantly, test drove the vehicle tracking down the issues. After a full top end tune up, and resetting the codes, the vehicle runs great now. Don't waist your time going to other shops, do yourself a favor, go see Ben and the pro's at Highway Motors. more

Worked on my 1969 Corvette 2/20/2013

Highway Motors worked on my 1969 Corvette. I tried to adjust the hood myself and was very unsuccessful, but when I took it to them they did an excellent job. With a classic car, it's really important to me to have the work done well and I appreciate them for that. more

Open, honest guy. Gives a great deal every time. 10/12/2012

I've bought a car from them, a Honda Accord. I also got an old Chevy painted by them, and for all my tires I go through them also. I recommended him to several of my friends, and he took care of them all too. He gives me a good price every time, and I've never had a problem with them. That's why I keep coming back. I actually carry their cards around in my wallet. If anyone is looking for a vehicle or work done I recommend him. more

Highway Motors have done a lot of front end work for me. I've been a customer there for quite some time and everything they've done in the way of auto repair has been very good. The employees are courteous and get things done quickly. The technicians are conscientious and pay close attention to detail. more

Outstanding service after the sale 4/25/2012

I recently purchased a used van from Ben. It had a few very minor issues with a couple hoses a few days later which I had repaired in Redding. I sent Ben the receipts and he split the cost with me. I really appreciate the way Ben handled the repairs and would highly recommend highway motors to anyone shopping for a used vehicle. more

Relentless pursuit of quality. 3/16/2012

Several years ago Highway Motors was recommended to me because I was restoring my collector car. They reworked a lot of the metal, the panels, and the body, and laid a beautiful paint job. I still have the car and it still looks incredible. I have brought my daily driver vehicles over to him for myself and my wife. They have done checkups, and collision repairs, restoration, and well as bumper repairs. They are versatile and just great. Their customer service, craftsmanship, and quality have always been excellent for me so I would highly recommend them. more

The only place in Chico I would buy a used car. 3/5/2012

I went out to Highway Motors and the owner Ben was more than willing to help me with anything. The thing that really impressed me was when he told me, if we don't have what you want we will find it for you. He was truly generous. It was not about getting a buck out of me, but about getting me the car I wanted. more

Highway Motors did a great job fixing my fender. The paint job matched it perfectly. They are good people and do a good job. They were friendly and professional. I would recommend them really highly to anybody. I've had so many people make remarks about how nice the fender looks. more

Highway Motors was timely, thorough, friendly, and courteous. They did some body work on my car. Highway Motors is across the street from my former business. Over the years, I got to know Ben and he always did a great job on multiple cars. Ben is a great guy. He's trustworthy and delivers on time! Highway Motors does outstanding work! If something needs to repaired, you'd never know there had ever been trouble when you get it back. I know when I take my car there for repairs, the job will be done exactly how it should be done. Ed Fox more

I contacted Ben @ Highway motors and told him what I was looking for and how much I had to spend. Ben went out of his way and got me A LOT more car than I thought I could get. Every attention to detail was taken to make sure that the car was safe for my family. Ben went through each part of the car and told me what his team to check over the whole car for any issues and assured me that if I had any issues I could bring the car back for his help to correct. more
