Every time I have used Highway Motors, they always treat the individual with respect, whether it be on the phone or in person. They are very punctual and dependable. Everybody here works hard and is professional in appearance. I had a good experience with them. more

I have had a wonderful experience with Highway Motors. It's hard to give anyone a perfect rating, since there is always room for improvement, but I can't really think of a single bad experience working with them. I've had a couple of really good experiences that come to mind, especially concerning their honesty. They quoted me two hours on one job, and actually completed the service in one hour. They called me as soon as they finished, told me the misquote, and said the vehicle was free to pickup. I found this experience to highlight their professional nature. I call them every time I have a problem. I have considered purchasing a car from them. I usually check their lot to see what they have available. My car is a bit older, but they've been able to help me maintain it. Another great aspect about them is their convenience. They're open until 6, where a lot of places close at 4 or 5. I went in and purchased my '05 PT Cruiser, which was used, of course, but it came with a bumper to bumper warranty. As I was leaving they made totally sure it was right and clean, and they did all these special little touches. They made me feel comfortable and everybody said hello to me. I had a couple of issues with my car after I left, but they were 100% willing to fit me in there and they took care of the problems with very high quality and very high professionalism. more

Highway Motors installed an electrical system and some new tires on my 1970 Blazer and they did a great job. It was a lot of work on an older car but they got it done and everything works so I'm satisfied. Highly recommended. more

Highway Motors was good to me. I took my air-conditioner in, and instead of telling me it was destroyed, they charged it back up and were able to get it running again. Now my AC is working fine. more

I had deadlines with my two vehicles that Highway Motors worked on, and they met them a day before. They communicated very well and called me when they said they would. we had a quote, and they didn't go over it. If something additional needed to be done, they'd call me first. They were excellent. I would recommend Sean, the mechanic, at Highway Motors to anybody! He's completely honest and willing to help people. It was a freak thing that we started using Highway Motors. Last year we had an appointment with the mechanic next door, but they didn't show up. My husband had been watching the Highway Motors shop and said he thought they looked like good mechanics, so we went to them. I would not recommend Chad. What happened was my husband contacted Chad over an issue, and Chad was kind of a $@!#%. He said something along the lines of, "Well, you know we tow your vehicles for free..." But that's just part of good customer service. If you don't want to do that, I'll will have my car towed there myself because I don't want that thrown in my face later. I'm not sure if the owner, Ben, is aware that took place. I've been told that since that incident, Chad has had some kind of enlightenment. Prior to that, our experience was okay. But Sean is the only reason I would go back to them for the work they've done that's still under warranty. I wouldn't go back for anyone else, not even Ben. I wasn't really happy with his attitude either. Sean is really the person who brings in the business. If you're thinking of using them, I would say go there, speak with Sean and get his advice. When we first started using them, I was telling everyone how great Highway Motors was, until we had the run in with Chad. He was the downfall. Now I won't go back unless it's something to do with the items I have on warranty. They put a new engine in one car and a new clutch in the other. I have a $7,000 dollar bill with them, so I gave them a lot of work. more

Highway Motors is always available for me. If I come in on a Monday, they will see me that same day. If I call them in the evening and they're not there, I just let them know that I need my car serviced first thing in the morning, and I can easily drop off my car the night before and leave my keys in the mailbox. They always call me up promptly to let me know what they have diagnosed. I have had them work on half a dozen of my cars from a brand new BMW to an old truck. They are completely knowledgeable in old school models, as well as new technology. I actually have a courtesy service contract with BMW, but on one occasion, I did not have the availability to get to the dealership. Highway Motors was able to diagnose the problem on my BMW and service it, even though I didn't think they would. It even cost me half of what it would've cost me at the dealership! Chad, the service manager, always has a smile on his face. He lets me know what needs to be done, and what I should be looking at down the road. He's very good with follow-ups, and he's able to accommodate my budget and my schedule, too. Whenever I ever have a problem with a vehicle but am tight on funds or in between a pay period, he will do his research and find places where we can buy parts for cheaper. Everyone at Highway Motors are all really nice guys who take care of me. They always mean what they said, and say what they mean. I would highly recommend them. more

I have recommended Highway Motors on many occasions already. My first experience was a purchase of one of their vehicles. Ben told me about the car, which you always take with a grain of salt. About three minutes after purchasing the vehicle, I pulled into a parking lot and the original owner came up to me and told me how nice the vehicle had been kept up and how much she missed it. She was an older woman and everything she told me was exactly what he had told me. He was really honest and that was really impressive. Ben has done work on my son's truck and boat on multiple occasions. We've been very pleased all the way down the line. Some of the things on the truck that needed to be done he was under no obligation to do. He took it upon himself to do the work at no charge. He backs up his stuff regardless of the contract. I've been here a year. Highway Motors has some fantastic restoration they do and so I'll stop in and look at that. I also come from an exotic car and antique car history, so I know when someone does a good job. I began my business relationship with them about seven months ago in April. The workmanship is impeccable, the quality control is as impeccable, and they will back their work up. I will continue to refer their business and take any of my repair work to them exclusively. more

Highway Motors has done a lot of work for me, and all of the jobs have turned out perfectly. They even rebuilt my entire Ford, which took about a month on and off to complete. When they're working on my vehicles, as soon as they know anything, they give me a call to update me. The quality of their work is just excellent. Highway Motors coordinates around my schedule. They will pick me up from my place of business and drop me off. They've worked around my schedule and have taken really good care of me. I'm in there quite a lot; everybody knows my first name. It's just good customer service. It's also nice because it's kind of a one stop since they do body work but they also do oil changes, etc. I've been going there for a year and a half to two years. They get right back to you quickly and the owner's on the premises five to six days a week from nine to six. Everyone there has good manners and is polite and professional. My experience with Highway Motors has been very good. One time they didn't quite get everything done that needed to be done and it leaked water a little, but I took it back and they fixed it right away while I was there. It was just a simple thing. Other than that, it's been a very good relationship between Highway Motors and myself. Between my sons and I, we've been customers since they've been in business. We have a good relationship, they charge fairly, and they do a good job. They are a safe bet that they're going to get the job done. more
