Great stylists, poor receptionists 9/13/2013

I've been very pleased. Mary is such a doll and I feel very well taken care of. My only suggestion would be better receptionists. A few are really snotty and act as if they are doing me a favor. I wish the receptionists were as polite and attentive as the stylists. If I'm paying over $100 a month, I want a smile and a thank you. more

Awful experience 4/30/2012

dont go to this salon!! Its expensive & truely not worth the money. went there recently, requested a master designer because I was told they had the most eduation & training, but I was wrong. The cut had to be corrected twice & the color had to be corrected three times now at a different salon. The owner of high tech ignored my distaste with my hair and did not apologize at all nor try to make me want to come back in the future. save your money & your time! more

Awful Owner 1/25/2012

since negatives werent available for rating it. I went to the salon for the second time the other day and both times the owner was SOO perverted!! Someone should file sexual harrassment on him! Salon is pretty and people were nice....but what an awful mouth and demeanor. i was very disgusted and will look into filing something. dont go here!!!! more

bad hair cut 8/1/2011

I went there thinking i would get a good hair cut. I told the stylist sam how i wanted my hair & that the last place i went to had cut my hair longer on one side than the other. Not only did he not cut my hair the way i had ask but he cut my hair longer on one side than the other.So basically all he did was trim my hair for $40 i could have gotten the same thing for $15 at another place.Also he seemed more interested in talking to another stylist instead of cutting my hair. Too much money for a lopsided trim. more

Nice, but expensive 7/15/2005

I went here several times for a cut and color. The building itself is nice and clean and welcoming. My stylist was great. He was very personable and attentive although I was not entirely happy with the cuts that I got. I don't think that he was very good at cutting my hair type (thin). But, what ultimately keeps me from coming here is the price. I cannot afford a $120 haircut and that is without the tip. more
