He came out within the time frame he gave us, so he was on time, and he told us what needed to be done. Our garage door area is older, and there were a few things that were cracked which we hadn't noticed. He showed us what needed to be fixed. He got the job done and cleaned up after himself. The door works very well. He also have us some information about how to take better care of the door as well. His price seems fair. We got good and prompt service for the price. more

I have used High Point garage door quite a few times on different properties and find they have fair pricing cordial staff and are quick to come to my repair needs. It is hard to find a company in High Point who excels my customer service expectations and Ive got to tell you done this and more. I wouldn't hesitate to refer this company to anyone. more

Great help and service 6/17/2013

Not knowing which company was trust worthy to repair our garage door from, this sight helped us alot and the service we received was total satisfactory. They came on time, fixed up and when one of batteries were not functioning, Tech came in 48 hours to replace with a new one, and again on time. more

I'm glad you guys were able to come so quickly. The chains of the apartment complex I manage got all up in knots. I had to have someone there right away because the tenants weren't able to park in the garage. Your guy was fantastic. He fixed the door and was well deserving of a tip. Thank you so much! more

I would defiantly do business with them again. They have been great by giving me a great price for my new garage door with insulation. I know most companies would charge a lot more and I felt this company was very honest with me. I’m glad I went with my feelings about this one. more

PRICES UNBELIEVEABLE 2/5/2013

Our three-car garage door would not open. We called High Point Garage Door and scheduled a service call for the next day. An owner in our building met and supervised the repairs and was very complimentary of the fast service and attention to detail. They showed up on time as promised and fixed the problem for a reasonable price. Another garage door malfunctioned recently and we called High Point Garage Door, again and experienced the same great service. more

My garage door broke the day we left on vacation so I used the web to help find someone to repair it when we got back. All 5 stars so it was a no-brainer. Called from the vacation spot and made an appointment for the day after we returned. Tech was there on time and took care of the problem; and the final cost turned out to be less than his estimate. Very highly recommended! more

Thanks to everyone who wrote a review. I contacted High Point Garage Door on behalf of my Land-lady who wanted 'the best deal'. She wanted to use different company I don’t know why. I persuaded her to go with High Point Garage Door based on the reviews of both companies. Tech arrived when he said he would for the estimate. It was fair and honest. They work was done on time to a very high level and he even got one of the 3 garage door openers hooked up and working. A very pleasant experience from start to finish. Thank you Guys. more

fast service 8/14/2012

Our old garage door had been acting up for quite a while and I finally got around to reading reviews and calling this place up. I can't believe how long I waited! At 2pm I made a call, at 3pm, they showed up. At 3:30pm, the cable had been fixed, the sensor alignment had been tweaked, the hardware had all been lubed, and the door worked like a charm! Well worth the $180. Thanks to everybody for the useful and accurate reviews, as always! more
