I have worked with Jon Higgins of Higgins Environmental Assoc. on many projects, large and small, over the past 10+ years. Each time, he has provided practical advice or comments that have been on-point, effective, and on-time. He is very knowledgeable about technical as well as regulatory issues. Mr. Higgins' rates are competitive and his services a good value. I highly recommend him. more

Expert and Helpful 11/19/2009

Jon Higgins proved himself to be extremely knowledgeable in helping fix our malfunctioning geothermal system. He called back promptly, provided expert advice, and helped us find a solid answer in an industry where good service is uncommon. Pros: Broad knowledge & experience more
