I think when it comes to BBQ every one has their own taste but this place seems to be a favorite of a lot of people in Lees Summit. Their ribs are fall of the bone good and they give you a plate to feed 3 people. Theirs prices aren't too high either, I think you get more food then what you pay for. more

This is my favorite place to get BBQ!! Really! The atmosphere is great and their service is quick and their food is completly awesome, not a single complaint! Their BBQ sauce has a nice smoke hickory flavor just as I like it and they give you so much food for not a lot of money. They seem busy driving into their parking lot but they have a nice sized restaraunt and not really busy at all, probably 95% of the time we go there we don't have to wait. more

I would recemend Hickory Pit for anyone looking for great bbq. Everyone was so nice we were greeted as we walked in. The food was so good, the servers were so enthusiastic i never had to ask for anything they were there when i needed them. It was such a great place to eat go there if you're looking for some good eatin. more
