Never had one problem at HI WAY. I've been sending clothes there for many years now. The job they do is unreal. They work magic to get any stain out of your clothes. The owners are great people. Some say prices may be higher than others, but no one can top the quality. I once brought some clothes to a cleaners and they told me they could not get the stain out after working on it for two days. I took it it HI WAY and my sweats looked like brand new after they worked their magic on them. They are the only cleaners I would go to. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. more

Excellent Service and Quality\r The employees here are friendly. They do a wonderful job!\r I am very happy with the cleaning and pressing. They also have a great tailor he did my daughter prom dress in about 4 days which was perfect since we didn't get until the week of prom and the fitting was free . It was done just right. They also support the school by offering a siam discount so when you don't have your Calendar you can use the saim\r I highly recommend Hi-Way Cleaner great service and Quality work more

RUDE employee 10/16/2010

Went to drop off suits and a sweater. They had given me a discount card which I misplaced. Explained that to employee (Marie) who said "well we only give them out once and we have no more". I explained that I hadn't even used the card yet, that it was in my car which I was trading in and got misplaced. She ignores me. I asked her again about the card. She said "so you're saying you want me to give you the discount even though you were irresponsible and lost the card"? I tell her yes and she proceeds to rip me anew one and tell me how even the owners wouldn't give it to me if they were there so she's not. I grabbed my items and went to Joy's Cleaners in Mokena where they were very friendly and $2 cheaper per suit WITHOUT a discount. \r Hi Way Cleaners - get new employees or you'll lose even more business! more

Excellent Service and Superior Quality 6/11/2009

I regularly go to Hi-Way Cleaners and I have never been disappointed. My clothes are always back when promised and ready to wear. The staff is courteous and the store is kept clean. My wife and I would also recommend their tailor...great work!! Pros: Superior Quality, Great Service, and Fair Prices more

I have gone to the Hi-Way Clearners a lot. They are very good and are always on time. Only a few times they lost my dry cleaning, but finally found it after a day or two. Prices are ok....somewhat high, compared to other places.... more
