Hi-Tech Appliance Specialists was in the neighborhood when I called. They arrived promptly at our office, assessed and explained the problem with our refrigerator, had the replacement fan available, installed it, and was on his way. The refrigerator is back in service, cooling and making ice. Hi-Tech Appliance Specialists sure made my job easier! more

Called immediately after placing request online, came out within a couple hours and gave me a very good rate! I came to Hi-Tech Appliance Specialists after my Kenmore oven started malfunctioning. the technician the tech was very friendly and fully explained what was wrong with it. Most people dont do that so it was nice of the technician to let me know. It only took a few hours and it didnt break my bank thankfully. I would for sure come back to Hi-Tech Appliance Specialists! more

Very impressed. Hi-Tech Appliance Specialists came to my house and were so polite and helpful. I chose Hi-Tech Appliance Specialists at random and I am so glad I did! My washing machine, dishwasher and refrigerator were all acting up and he thoroughly inspected each and explained to me what was happening. I would like to say thank you for your professional service technicians. Our reliable refrigerator wasn’t working well, and we were bothered that it would be very costly to be repaired. Hi-Tech Appliance Specialists is the best appliance repair company we`ve ever hired. They are unfailingly honest, conscientious, thorough, clean, and really nice to our dog. We`ve had problems with our Kenmore refrigerator. The freezer part was working but the refrigerator was warm and I had to throw the food out several times. It was getting really frustrating because I didn’t know what was going on. Anyway, the technicians who came over was an experienced, professional, and respectful, had a friendly attitude, and provided satisfactory service. He fixed my refrigerator the same day and since then the refrigerator has been working perfect. more

Appliance Specialists 6/25/2013

These guys are my real working heroes! I manage a few apartment buildings, and appliance issues are always a problem. The worst is when the tenant calls me at night and tells me that they just bought their groceries and the refrigerator doesn’t cool. Not surprisingly, it`s a real mess. But as soon as I call Hi-Tech Appliance Specialists service they respond right away and get the job done almost immediately. Their professionalism makes it very easy on me and saves me a lot of time dealing with unhappy tenants. more
