Amazing hotel! 4/6/2008

I travel alot for business and the ritz usually never fails me. This one had to be among the best that they have to offer. Great customer service, great rooms, great pool, great landscaping, great valet....you get the idea! The room service was just delicious as well as in the many restaurants they had to offer. Prices were of course high, but you are at the Ritz!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! more

Love The Ritz 1/31/2006

This is one of the best in the Ritz Carlton chain. It blows Soth Beach Ritz out of the water. We had the most relaxing, pampering stay here. Key Biscayne is far more beautiful than any travel brochure could project. It's a little getaway that's full of surprises. The Hotel staff is well trained and the rooms are cleaned to perfection. Many things to do in addition to the usual suntanning. Pros: Beautiful Hotel, Excellent Service, Amenities more

Great Hotel!!! 6/25/2002

I am a travel agent, and I have seen many hotels. I went to the Ritz last summer when it first opened, and it was absolutely beautiful! The rooms were awesome. The service was excellent. Everyday when I would go to the beach they would set towels, umbrellas, and a table with a pitcher of water for me, what more can you ask for! I highly recommend this hotel for someone who wants a quiet little get away! Pros: Beautiful Beach more
