Apartment living 12/10/2008

I agree with the first reviewer. I have to load my garbage into my car and drive it to the dumpster area that is usually FULL. I leave it on the ground with the other garbage. They have raised their rent and the prices too high, I think I am moving when my contract is up. Friendly staff, but property management needs work. more

Very Bad Management, Very High Price, Very Old Apartments. 9/7/2008

This place is a TOTAL disappointment , the management is the worst, they simply don?t care, the prices are very high and one can get a much better place for the same money, very old apartments that squeaks with every step and they have strict rules that DOES NOT apply to all people equally, I don?t recommend it AT ALL. more

$$$$$ VERY EXPENSIVE $$$$$$$ not worth moving in. with 350+ units they don't care about individuals! Pros: nothing good except location Cons: Expensive, ants, many problems with appliances, will not work with individuals more

Decent living experience, but not great. 7/7/2005

Heritage Green is one of the nicer apartment complexes in Vancouver, but after living here for 6+ months, we are not as thrilled as we were when we moved in. We have had serious ant problems and it is very frustrating. We are not the only apartment that has them according to the pest control guy. We, now, have to drive to the community garbage dump rather than having dumpsters near each section of homes. It is kind of a hassle to pack up my car with garbage to drive over to the recycling and dumpster area. Those are our two biggest complaints. We had some minor hassles getting an apartment in the beginning, but in the end, it all worked out. Again, probably one of the nicer places to rent in town, but still not that great. more
