The neighborhood is clean but the managment is dirty! The first day I moved in me and my husband met the neighborhood crack head!!! We were unloading our stuff from the u haul when a skinny white lady wearing a fleece sweater (its 95 degrees) and shorts with no shoes stumbling up to us asking to use our phone. Her head was busted open and looked like she's been bleeding for a few hours because it was all dried and crusted. Then she kept on touching me, trying to hug me saying she was clean! I was so scared! I didn't know what to do so I saw a guy standing outside about 4 consistent down the street and told her to ask them for help. She kept on saying no that she didn't want to talk to them. But I made my husband walk her over to that guy. Then we hear the guy yelling at her to go home! The guy comes over and introduced himself and said yeah you guys jus met the neighborhood crack head! She lives 3 condos down from him. He continued to say that the neighborhood looks clean but it not. His place was broken into twice already n ready to move out. Then he warned us about the property management! But it was too late, already signed a contract. Worst mistake of my life! This property management is unprofessional and is not willing to help! They were upset the day I moved in because I told them the a/c wasn't working it took them 2 weeks to send someone out just to look at it. They had to install a new system because the old one was just to old and they couldn't fix it. So they were probably upset that they had to pay for that, and this was where it all started with the harrassments! Long story short, they wanted us gone dice day one! We don't party or do any events at our place much because were kind of private like that. We've been here for 10 months and now theyre evicting us for 'foul language' that was reported by another tenant. Hmm seems funny to me. My neighbors to the right and left of me are all uop college students. So I know it wasn't them because they party all the time. The only other person is the landlords friend. Highly suspect if you ask me!
