been here a few months and since then we've only had a few minor issues. since they got the new maintenance team everything goes very smoothly. everyone is courteous and polite. i never regret taking my rent check to these guys every month. and they're doing a great job at restoring the community. more

Where to begin... If you enjoy living in a complex where the property manager does nothing what so ever, never returning phone calls, never following up. How this idiot manages to stay employed is beyond me. I speak more often with the leasing manager who is always helpful and considerate. The maintenace team is completely incompetent, again it is a wonder as to how they stay employed. I am constantly having to go back and fix what they've come to ""fix"" on my own dollar. It's unbelievable. I guess the only answer is that if the previous post is true then both the property manager and the maintenace team are in bed with David, since that means you don't actually have to work. If you enjoy the security that drive by shootings provide then this is the place for you. From crack heads to pimps to hate crimes this place is for you! You dont need to worry, Mary is the most accepting person in the world. No matter what how you come by your money as long as it's in her pocket on time every month you've got a roof over your head! You couldn't pay ME to live here ever again! I was trapped into a lease and I had to pay an arm and a leg to get out of it. I'm sure if I could have paid her in the tears of small children she would have been just as happy though. Long story short AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! more

I have been in the military for the last 8 years and have been deployed several times but I would never consider a place like that and be grateful. People need to learn how to walk before they run...didn't your mother ever teach you how to be grateful and accept things if they are not always perfect...we got troops sleeping on the desert floor and your going to complain about a few crooked people...Mary is a very sweet lady and if you got any qualms where is your proof???...so you can fight with your words but who are you to slander others??? Ashwood apartments in westminister and the sixth and Sable shopping mall in Aurora. I have witnessed her keep tenants deposits, when there is no legal reason to with hold their deposits. Mary has fraudulently claimed that she was managing properties, while in actuallity she had a management company running Alvarado and Heritage Place apartments. The reason she did this was so she she could fraudulantly refinance these properties. Many people know me from Heritage Place apartments. I'm the guy who came onto the property after a family was robbed at gun point while they held their baby in their arms, I began walking Heritage place apartments at 2 am after Tenants called Ed at three in the morning when they witnessed a person fall through a glass table and continued dancing around him as he lay bleeding on the floor. Mary still refused to pay for security so Ed Montoya paid B.A.T security out of his own pocket, so that tenants would have at least minor protection for their families. B.A.T security sued Mary after Ed moved off property and could no longer financially sustain their protective services for his tenants. I spoke with drug dealers and told them it was none of my business what they did as long as they kept it in their apartments and asked them to have some self respect in the life they chose to live and to keep their customers from hanging out in the parking lot scaring tenants when they came home from work or wherever and who draw police attention and therefore attention to themselves, they chose not to listen. I advised Ed to move off property for his own sanity (Up all night from tenants calling him all night and working all day was bound to make something snap eventually) I am a friend of former property manager Ed Montoya, who not only built Mary Truong up from owning a liquor store into an owner of many properties, but I was also there when Mary Truong knocked on my door (when i was living at Sherwood Village apartments Aurora Colorado with Ed Montoya as my room mate) I opened the door and Mary (without my permission) went passed me, into the shower where Ed was taking a shower, so in my opinion, she should face sexual offender charges, but thats the least of her crimes against tenants under her management. Presently, she has, as she knows, a known sex offender who hanngs out in the Heritage place apartments office all day, listening to tenants discuss personal matters with management, he also wears a shirt proclaiming himself Security (A black shirt with ""Security"" in yellow writing, so if you decide to rent at Heritage, hold on tightly to your children. Mary Truong doesnt pay him and he isnt on staff.....so why does she let him hang out in the office all day and perform security' Hmmmmmm. Now Mary Truong is facing the I.R.S for defrauding the government and is sure to loose not only her Property, money, family and most likely her sanity but has decided to steal the truck Ed Montoya has paid for (She didnt give Ed the title to the truck he bought from her always one excuse after another. In fact she illegally deducted the payments from his check before he recieved the check ""ILLEGAL"" She has fraudulently made tenants sign new CHANGED leases by saying she had fired the management company, when in fact the management company was still running the property for her. My husband and I lived there for 2 months. When we moved in we were told that there was 24 hour security and NO Insects. After a couple of days, we realized the ""security"" was the police because of all the crazy, druggy people that lived there. And we met our first unwanted house guest! Insects!!!! We had numerous things that were broken in our apartment, and they were never repaired. A offender lived across the hall and a scitzotrenic bipolar lady living next to the offender, they did substances together very openly, and would knock on peoples doors for substances in the middle of the night! The landlord would raise the price of rent every month and we paid 3 timesthe utilities. Never the same amount every month. We moved out in fear for our children and got taken to court for non payment of rent. And got charged for trash that wasn't left behind in the apartment and a broken window that was broken AFTER we moved out! I wouldn't recommend this apartment to my worst enemy! Pros: nothing good about htis place Cons: everything more
