building is well maintained, very clean, and staff is very polite and helpful. my dog pulls with all his might to get inside. he enjoys the attention and interaction from both the employers and other animals! however i recommend having the dog groomed before his leaving.. unfortunately they cant control the dogs bladder if he need to urinate in the middle of the night and with all the other dogs around, he may pick up a doggy kind of smell or sometimes come home with a little extra slobber on his back.. he has so much fun there that sometimes he doesnt even notice me when i come to pick him up.. all he wants to do is run back out and play!! im glad he has fun and i recommend this place to anyone!
Pros: polite & helpful, price is reasonable, my dog loves it !!
