I have been going to Heritage Honda in Towson for about 25 years. The service is great. The building is clean. My service person was Kym during my last several visits. She has always been courteous and professional. She greets everyone with a smile. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and made me feel welcome. I strongly recommend this site for any repairs.\r PS: I also love the coffee, reading the paper or just doing my paper work which I never got to while waiting for my car. more

My service was excellent as usual. I only take and trust my car to John Donovan and his staff at Towson Honda. John and his staff makes every visit pleasant; I trust him and his team 100%. I have put my safety and my kids safety and well being in the kind and professional staff at Honda. As a single Mom who knows nothing about cars, I feel completely comfortable that if there is an issue with my car it will be taken care of promptly, efficiently and fairly. F*&K Heritage and Mile One 10/1/2013

SuCK!!!! Im nowhere near rich, just had a kid, and was waiting on the second kid to come along so we needed a newer bigger car. Found an 2008 Jeep Patriot Limited,(please google the 08 vehicle for problems), .This crap car was used as a loaner/rental car for the dealerships, and had some serious issues. Under carriage looked as if it was drug along a huge sanding block, rust , corrosion and not to mention all of the issues that are manufacturer defects and no recalls. So now i'm stuck with a car that needs its second transmission at 100,000 plus non recalled work. CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT is all im saying more

Rip-off 2/26/2012

I will not take my car back and would NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone. I felt cheated and robbed when I saw the breakdown of invoice. Spoke with them over the phone to hear the work that needed to be done and got bottom line cost but didn't know line by line cost. Imagine my horror when I saw they charged $85 labor for an oil change, not including $38 parts for it. I don't expect or want a cheap/jiffy oil change but how about a FAIR price? The service person I spoke to was nice, but that's the only positive thing I have to say. TOTAL RIP-OFF. Don't be a fool like me--take your car somewhere else. more

The worst experience(s) I have ever had.. 12/2/2011

I was ripped off for the last time at Heritage Honda. I live in walking distance to the shop which is why I had always chosen their services. However, I have wasted thousands of dollars and my last visit will be the last visit. I was told that I needed various repairs which would total about $2100. Fortunately, I decided to get a second opinion and take my car up to a shop in Delaware that my friend recommended. I gave them the service notice and they confirmed that only 1 of the items needed to be worked on. My bill ended up being around $100. Heritage Honda makes me sick and it makes me sick to think about all of the money I wasted over the years. The mechanics at Heritage Honda are unethical and will lie to your face with a smile. more

Expensive unnecessary work 3/7/2011

I will never go back again. I went for an oil change and I ended up with several hundreds $ of unnecessary checking and nothing was wrong! They have an unique service mainteinance schedule which is not on the Honda service manual so that they do truly unnecessary expensive work more

Would NOT recommend to anyone 1/25/2011

I wish I could give them half a star. Or no star at all. It is because of them I started disliking Honda. You can't just go with a terrible service and expect something nice to come out of it. My experience with Heritage Honda Towson Service Center was truly awful. They made a terrible mistake during a routine oil change (which later they have admitted), and the next day, after the oil change, I was driving, car started rattling and smoking on I-95. Luckily, I turned it off almost right away. A simple mistake with an oil pan lead me to one oil splattered engine and the tremendous loss of oil. Their fix? Mail me a reimbursement check almost three weeks later and TWO FREE OIL CHANGES at their location. Seriously? I would not trust my car, any car to this Service Center. more

Heritage honda 10/27/2010

I made two purchases from this Honda store in 2001 (whe they were on York Rd. in Towson,, under a different company name) and 2007. In '01 I baught a Civic and it was a very good car. However, in '07, I baught a CRV and don't like it as much as the civic. Some, if not most car salespeople are con-artists who only care about making a buck and then they wipe their hands of you. As far as the service dept. in Parkville is concerned, I had a good experience with them when I lived in that area. I live in a different area of Md. now and bring my CRV to another place to be maintenanced. Based on the comments left here, some people's experiences are good and some are negative. I guess that's the case where ever you shop for a new car. more

Horrible Car, Horrible Service. 8/25/2010

This company is the absolute lowest, worst snake-in-the-grass, smile-at-you-while-they-are-killing-you-company. They totally ripped me off and sold me a lemon and in two years have refused to help me and now my car is officially dead. I have spent thousands in those two years trying to fix the hunk-of-junk that they sold me and have broken down on the highway at least 5 times in those two years and have had to be towed with the baby in the car. I have been back to Heritage (of Westminster) several times and they have never been helpful or sympathetic--they made one repair--at my expense after they implied they were going to help me at no cost to me which would have been the least they could of done. The mechanic, Terry, whom I doubt is still there, brought my car out to me and admitted to me that they sold me a lemon. I have contacted Mile One, the attorney general, and the BBB and no one will help me.The only person who has helped me is my fiancee who is constantly working on the car more

Had to have my car towed back after service 10/27/2008

I had a lot of maintenance done on my last Honda (a 1996 Civic) back in December 2007. This included installation of a new battery. After picking up the car, I drove it to a store and parked it. When I came back out the car wouldn't start. I had to have it towed back to the service center and it turns out that the battery wasn't hooked up correctly. Otherwise the work was acceptable. I would say that the customer service representatives were not very responsive however, several times when I called for updates the phone would ring and ring with no answer. more

I had a wonderful experience at Heritage Honda. Everyone is friendly when I walk in and I actually don't feel pressure. The staff was professional. This was the first time I was buying a car and I was a bit nervous. I had spoken with Hal, my salesman, over the phone and he was ready when I got there. He really went above and beyond to make sure I had a car that I wanted and that I could afford (I am a teacher). I had my new car and was on my way to the beach within an hour. I would certainly buy another car there and since then my husband, parents, in-laws, and two friends have bought cars from Hal too! more

Excellent Service 2/25/2008

Heritage provided excellent service. They diagnosed the problem I was having with my car very easily and were able to fix the problem quicker than I thought. The waiting area was comfortable and before I knew it my car was ready to go. This was the easiest experience I have ever had repairing my car. I highly recommend. more
