Been with Helms 20 Years 1/30/2019

I have used Helms for 20 plus years. They have always done a nice job for me. I’ve had multiple HVAC units in both my personal properties and rental units. Greg does a great job and we are like friends. more

Maintenance appointment 5/24/2018

After first scheduled appointment incurred time change due to high volume of bookings, they bent over backwards to get second appointment scheduled quickly and with the technician I requested. Technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. Maintenance check for A/C was completed and no heavy handed sales tactics as with other companies. Michael is an asset to Helms. more

Bi-annual service 5/18/2018

I have had a service agreement with Helms for several years. The Bi-annual checks are well worth the cost. The employees, Greg, are awesome to work with. more

Technician's visit 5/1/2018

Helms Heating & AC winter system inspection 12/15/2017

Greg came to our house to do the winter checkup of our furnace. We remembered him from a previous checkup. Greg was on time for the appointment. He was very friendly and answered all our questions so that we could understand what he was talking about. We would like for Greg to do future inspections for us if possible. We will be replacing our heating/air system sometime in the Spring and hopefully Greg will be our go-to Guy. Sincerely, Mike Groff more

Michael has serviced our system for the last few years, He has always done an excellent job. He is always on time . He is always polite when talking to us. Tells us what is going on with our system. This year he improved our air conditioning making it more efficient. We do not want anyone else servicing our system and will always ask for him. more
