Poor Customer Service 5/4/2010

I called this location to order a product and was referred to use their 800-Go-Depot. When I asked for help with the number the clerk did not know it, told me to look at my keyboard. I asked for help figuring it out and she did not want to even help me??? I wonder if the store manager condone this type of customer service?. Terrible customer service over the phone. Good customer service includes knowing the phone number that produces revenue for your company. I told her to transfer me over to her supervisor for help and all of sudden she comes up with the phone number. Pros: Answers The Phone Cons: Limited Product Information more

Great place for office supplies 7/6/2005

Definitely on-par with staples in terms of office supplies and selection. Nice prices, and the workers seem very helpful. They also offer computers, monitors, notebooks, digital cameras, and a number of other electronics. Pretty decent copy services available as well. Good location, and lots of parking available. more

Wonderful store 6/27/2005

Office Depot is a great place to grab some office things, which is basically what the name is. Need to grab a chair or a desk? Check. How about some computers and fax machines. Checkmate. They have lots of things for businesses and actually have some nice business discounts if you apply for it, which could save you money or get things shipped to your place for free. more
