Very Poor Cleaning Crews 6/11/2011

Cleaning performance is very poor. When you send documented information about why you are canceling services, they become extremely unprofessional and put a "hold" on returning any of your items until they are ready. President is actually quite obnoxious and clearly unfit to be a leader. more
