My daughter has had her in car drives canceled 3 times, now they have to bring drivers from Fairlawn because they do not have local teachers anymore. They are very nasty on the phone, Cherise is rude and needs to take a customer service class. I wish we would have gone elsewhere. I hope we do not have to wait a month for her certificate. My daughter had her first class JUNE 30th. Her last "in car" was yesterday, DECEMBER 8TH. She was told by her instructor that she wouldn't receive her Certificate of Completion until after the first of the year (the paperwork the school gives you says "you can expect this approx. 5-7 working days after they have completed the course".) You can't take your driver's license test without it. My daughter turned 16 in OCTOBER and still doesn't have her driver's license. So, unless your son or daughter doesn't mind waiting SIX MONTHS to take their driver's license test, DON'T GO HERE. I know people who went to Top Driver AFTER my daughter and they have had their license for two months. If I had to do it over again, I would pay the extra money and go to Top Driver to not have the aggravation. more
