Worst

The doctors are very nice but the reception staff are the most hateful people ever. Very snotty! If you don't have alot of money go elsewhere.

Great !! I read the previous review, they must have gotten a new person. I have been there multiple times, and they are always very polite and sweet. I love doggy day care !! It brightens my day to see all the dogs behind the desk. Dr. Rowland is very nice and knowledgable. He always takes the time to explain everything to me and even answer my stupid questions. I would tell everyone to give them a try. more

The Doctor was very nice, very helpful and very respecful of us and our pet (Taz)\r The whole staff was very nice and very helpful.\r I would recomend them highly to anyone that has a pet. I believe that the Vet, there cares and would do eveything possible to help you and your Pet. more

Puppy DayCare 1/12/2007

What a great place to take your puppies or dogs for love during the day. We take our Boxer for puppy daycare and they have helped so much with house training, and obedience issues.\r \r thank you more

They saved Tucker 3/10/2006

I can't even begin to describe how wonderful they are. We had been to our regular vet when our 3 year old Italian Greyhound started to have seizures. He didn't do anything. So we turned to Heartland Veterinary clinic because they were the on call doctors. The doctor came in on a Sunday to see Tucker.They immediately started Tucker on medication. They literally saved his life. He had had 13 seizures in 36 hour period. Brain damage was possible. But because of this vet clinic Tucker has made a complete recovery and doesn't mind going to the vet. more

Excellent service and friendly staff 9/8/2005

We have gone here several times for our cats. The staff is always friendly. We never have to wait. The staff seems to really care about making your pet better. more

one of the family 9/4/2005

these people are all angels. My puppy was very sick. as we would find it to be parvo.. Unable to save my dear friend, he was able to be comfortable and treated very humane. thank you all so much for helping me say goodbye more
