I've been to Hearthside many times, and they never seem disapointed to see me.\r I have always been served quick, but not to quick.\r Great customer service.\r \r Waitress's and cooks are always nice.\r \r I've even talked to the owner a couple of times.\r \r I highly reccomend this magnificent place Pros: Magnificent Place to dine at. I have only ever ordered woth delivery from this place. Their food is ok, but a little pricey for what you get. I have had more orders with errors than without, they just can't seem to get it right, and seem to be more willing to make you wait for them to come back to correct a problem than to just refund your money. I waited about 45 minutes for a salad (side item -- I had to pay extra for it) that was supposed to come with my dinner the last time I ordered. True, the driver did eventually return after I called the restaurant, but I ended up throwing it away several days later, because I wanted it with what I had ordered. I like the food but I will not be ordering again any time soon because of the constant mistakes. Pros: Good Sandwiches. Cons: Will forget to include items with delivery more often than not. more

Poor service both in and out of the store, sanitation lacking. In store ended up waiting 20 minutes for a server to see us, approach and bring waters much less take our orders...rude, quick nearly throwing our drinks and food down on the table because ""She was ment to be off work"". Compleately awful in store service. Delivery was no better, found insects within the pizza box and brown side bag, owner himself was rude and unwilling to honor refunds or replacements complaint filled, drivers allowed to short change. Needless to say beware. more

I absolutely love Hearthside. I go there as often as possible and if I can't I call and they deliver to me. If there is going to be a delay they warn you in advance. They always have seats open. The fireplace is nice. TVs in one room and in the other if you just want peace and quiet you have that option too. The food is diverse, homemade, and always delicious. If you want Pizza....They have several specialty pizzas or you can choose your own toppings. I prefer choosing my own toppings but hey that's just me. I love the ravioli. In my opinion it's one of the best Italian restraunts out there. I'm glad my mom brought me there when I first moved back to MN. Ok enough raving reviews. LOL There is one drawback. I went in looking for some ting a little different. Boy was I shocked at the specialty pizza list. I tried the new Gryo pizza after the waitress recomended It. WOW is an under statement. It was soooo good! I can't wait to go back and try the rest of the Specialty pizzas.\r They had the game on there big screen. The place had a real good feel to it. I went in thinking I would get the so store bought lasagna. You know like the other places in town. Wow It was hand made! I asked the cook they make it fresh at the restaurant. He also said the meatballs and spaghetti sauce is home made too. And what atmosphere, huge fireplace, wood floors, and cumfy booths. Pros: real homey place to go. Cons: only one place. Best pizza I have had in the twincities! The spaghetti is better than what mom makes. It's so nice with the wood floors, real fireplace. The hambugers are to die for. It's the best pizza I have ever had. The hoagies are huge! The wings are great, and the menu is huge. Not just Italian food. Broasted chicken is juicy and huge ! Pros: huge menu, great value, casual surroudings Cons: I can't find any more
