I have struggled with my weight for over 10 years now and nothing semed to work. I am intimidated by co-ed gyms so I had tried Curves and after over a year I hadn't seen any results and knew I needed a change. I heard about Health Time Fitness for Women and decided to give it a try. The staff was very friendly and the rates were very reasonable. I got a free training session with the Fitness Director, Kyle Mueller. Kyle was very knowledgeable and nice to work with. I liked Kyle so much that I purchased training with him because I had a good feeling that he could help me reach my goals. Now only 4 months later I have lost 30 lbs and couldn't be happier! I have more energy, my stress levels have gone way down and I finally feel good about myself and enjoy working out. Thank you Kyle and Health Time Fitness!!! more

Love this gym!! 8/4/2010

I have been a member at Health ime Fitness for 5 years now and the best part is it actually makes me look forward to working out! I wasn't much of a gym person when I started so having it be all women was definitely a plus. The staff, who are mostly certified trainers got me a program that has helped me drop over 20 lbs and keep revising it for me so that I can keep the weight off. I was intimidated my aerobics classes at first not knowing what to expect but once I tried one class I was hooked. Between the spinning, kickboxing, abs, boot camp classes etc, I am never bored and look forward to attending. The classes are modified for all levels but are still challenging! When a class does not work into my schedule I use the fitness room where I can switch between running on the treadmill, stepping up the gauntlet, using the eliptical or riding the bike. Thanks to the staff I now know how to properly use free weights to tone up! They also have a full line of nautilus equitment to make sure that you tone your whole body or at least your target areas. You have to come check this gym, you will not regret it!!! more
