I joined BSC in Waltham because I thought it would have great people that work in the day care to go with the decent space they provide. I was completely wrong. ONE girl who works in the child care room is thrilled to be there, while the others have a frown on their faces at all times and will do as little as possible to interact with the children. I am writing this as a parent whose 2 year old little girl, is easy, pleasant and happy. The so called manager there, Lisa, is not a happy camper at all. She will not make eye contact with you and good luck trying to get her to smile or acting as if she wants to be there. It's amazing to me. These people need to change professions if they don't want to be around children. There is a young girl named Heather who is a sweetheart and really does enjoy it, but she can't be left to do everything. Otherwise you will find unhappy faces of adult women who are working the child care room, that do not want to be there. It's unfortunate because loved the gym, but not worth it if you care about your child's happiness.
