Our car was towed on New Years Day to Healey (it broke down approximately 100 miles from home). As it turned out, the engine had to be replaced under warranty. The service dept. was very helpful, courteous, and most importantly, professional. I was always kept informed of work needed, and estimated time of completion. Healey Brothers has a good sized dealership here in my hometown of Beacon, NY. I am a single mom with a lot to do. I chose Healey Brothers because of their reputation and the service shuttle. I then selected my automobile based on Consumer Reports. I am driving my second Hyundai Santa Fe and Healey Brothers service team really helps me take good care of it. If something were to go wrong, they would take care of me, and that is important as my eldest is now in college. more

Upon my arrival, the staff greeted me and were very accommodating when I brought in my infant son. I was updated halfway through the wait - how much longer it will be. Checking out was quick and straight to the point. Compared to other Hyundai dealership/Service stations, Healey truly embraces the importance on providing great customer service. more

Recent Service Visit 11/29/2013

My 2012 Veloster had to be towed to dealer for a "no-start" problem. The experience using Hyundai emergency service was excellent. Arrangement made to have car picked up and brought to dealers went like clockwork. Service was unable to dupilicate the problem or find any issues but performed a thorough inspection or electrical system for any problems. Although nothing was found I was treated well and service advisor Jason was courtous and understanding of this intermittent problem. more

Great car, love my Hyundai. Disgusted with the salesman, liar. Over charged me, how do I know? They left the car description from New Jersey where they got it in its glovebox.. "we are selling it as cheap as we can" that was his excuse for having to charge me for the $60 mud flaps with my $18000 car. Whatever I wanted it =[ but nothing can really describe the gut wrench in my stomach, when I saw the purple outlined paper in the glove box and the big $16,500 sign on the bottom. Looking at the car from the outside I was reassured thinking it can't get much worse until I saw the tires... No mud flaps Do yourself or your family or your friends a favor, don't buy your car from a Healey dealership. There's more to it to make it worse, I'm sorry im tired but i think i touched on the important parts, thanks -Steve more
