Few years ago when I didn't know any better, I took my cat to this hospital to have him treated for an infected wound on his forehead. The vet treated his wound but did not clean up the left over blood stains (a lot of it) on his face and instead asking me to do it at home. Then, the pus from infectious wound dripped down my cat's face and goes directly to his eye, because my cat was wearing a collar to prevent him from scratching his wound, and I didn't know any better, so his eye was infected so I had to take him back to the vet to have his eye treated. Ever since then, my cat would occasionally have eye infection on that eye. On top of everything that happened to my cat, his cheek was full of pus, probably because the vet did not do a good job on cleaning up the wound. They never warn me about that nor had set up any reschedule to make sure cat is ok after the operation. It was my first time having a pet and thank god I did notice his cheek is little swollen and warm to the touch, so I took him again to the vet. To add insult to injury, when I got their bill, the price was $200 more than what they had estimated, finally, they admitted that they double charged me on the general anesthesia. 3 years after, I moved out from Lexington area and I found another veterinary hospital in my neighborhood. I took kittycat there for a dental clean, and was surprised about how different it is from lexington-bedford veterinary hospital. This hospital (lexington-bedford Vet Hosp) is really horrible and I would never recommend anyone to go there.
