I also had photographs taken at the Arboretum. They gave me a piece of paper with contact information, and a wrong phone number. I googled to find out their correct phone number, and called them. The person who answered the phone (a man) hung up on me, and when I tried to call back several times, I just got Haynsworth's voicemail. I had a feeling this was deliberate, and they did not want to deal with questions. They also never responded to the voicemail that I left for them. I eventually got my photograph, it was okay, not great. I would not recommend them to anyone. more

We have done Arboretum photos with Haysworth the past 2 Octobers and last spring. The photographer has captured great shots. They say photos will be on their website for order within a week. Every time I have waited at least 3 weeks for them to get the photos up. Still waiting for the pictures we took over 2 weeks ago. They print from Smugmug and the paper quality is horrible. James French did a much better job at the Arboretum which lead us to spend more with JF for family photos. Every time I called the office at Haysworth to ask about when the photos will be up they treated me like I was total pain. They shouldn't tell people a week if they can't follow though. I can't imagine how they would handle a larger photo shoot but wouldn't trust they would do well after my experience with them at the Arboretum. more

I have been doing business with Haynsworth Photography for over 20 years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. Katherine Baxter is VERY personable and professional and has been helping our family personally for 10 years. Anyone who thinks poorly of "Haynesworth" (sic.) Photography or its staff must have done something directly to warrant it. Pros: GREAT with kids of all ages. Robin truly knows how to capture the moment. Cons: I only bought an 11x14 and a 16x20, wish I had gotten more. more

We have a history with John Haynesworth Photo. and it is not good. In particular it is the office staff. Katherine Baxter is one of the rudest individuals and a complete discredit to a fine photography firm that has been around Dallas for decades. Steer clear if you want kindness.
