Competent and Quick 6/13/2013

Hayes European is great, and I don't give 5 stars out lightly but their service is 5 stars. They have worked on my vehicle a couple of times and they worked on it most recently after an accident when the oxygen censor needed to be replaced. They did a good job analyzing it and repaired it very quickly. They are friendly guys who are very competent. more

John keeps our cars running like new 6/12/2013

John sold us a vehicle many years ago when he was working at a different shop in Los Gatos. When he opened his own shop in Santa Cruz we followed him, meaning we are willing to drive over the hill to see him because John is fair, honest, and a great mechanic. He has kept our cars running perfectly these past 6 years and we are loyal to him! more

Best European Auto Service Around! 11/2/2010

I thought that the staff there did an excellent job taking care of my vehicle. They were professional and helpful. As a matter of fact, I've been going there for a few years now, and my M3 still runs like it's in perfect condition! Thanks guys! more
